The Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor) supports TRM’s Talent team to ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience while enabling efficient hiring operations. This remote role works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage scheduling, maintain ATS data, and support reporting and process improvements. The position is open to candidates in Brazil or anywhere in Latin America and requires overlap with PST collaboration hours.
