About this role

The Regional Business Lead HAE is responsible for driving regional commercial performance by planning and implementing sales strategies and managing regional business operations. The role leads and develops a team of Regional Business Managers, maintains key customer and stakeholder relationships, and ensures achievement of quarterly and annual sales and profit targets. The position reports to the Head of HAE Sales and supports execution of Takeda’s growth plans within the assigned geography.
