The Regional Director will lead go-to-market efforts for Charlie Health across a state or multi-state region, managing Outreach Directors and Managers and owning regional performance. This role focuses on building and deepening relationships with clinical and referral partners, facilitating admissions for at-risk youth, and informing product and marketing strategy through market feedback. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with leadership to drive market penetration and patient outreach.
