Regional Sales Director

This role plans, develops, and directs strategic sales, commercial, and operational activities across the Asia Pacific region to achieve forecasted sales, revenue, margin, market share, and profitability objectives. The position involves developing a sustainable long-term growth strategy while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, governance, compliance, and talent development. The incumbent leads the regional organization and serves as the executive representative of MWM within APAC.
