About this role
The RN Navigator in the Operating Room coordinates patient and physician needs for specialty procedure departments while providing direct nursing care. The role plans and directs daily specialty operations, manages equipment and supplies, and serves as a liaison with physicians, vendors, and leadership. The RN Navigator supports staff development through precepting and mentorship and is accountable for maintaining clinical competency and quality of nursing services.
