The Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse at Banner University Medical Center–Phoenix delivers nursing care for a range of surgical cardiac patients including vascular, cardiothoracic, transplant, and heart failure populations. The role is based in an academic, teaching-oriented progressive care unit that supports professional development and participation in a Nursing Clinical Ladder Program. This is a full-time, onsite position with rotating day and night shifts and includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials.
