This position provides nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring care aligns with the goals and philosophy of HIA Hospice. The role involves patient admissions, physical assessments, symptom management, and emotional support under the approval of primary physicians. Based out of the Fargo office, the position serves surrounding communities on a per diem basis.
