About this role

This hands-on individual-contributor role focuses on building self-healing automation and authoring runbooks to ensure the stability and operational quality of a multi-application production estate. The engineer partners with the Senior Principal SRE Engineer and agentic automation teams to validate outcomes, drive root-cause analysis, and convert recurring incidents into durable engineering fixes. Success is measured by increased self-healing coverage, runbook adoption, and a clean safety record for all automated remediations.

Responsibilities

Design and build self-healing automation for production failure modes
Author and validate remediation runbooks with safe execution and rollback steps
Lead root-cause analysis and drive durable engineering fixes for incidents
