About this role

The Renewals Manager is responsible for managing the renewal process for a portfolio of named accounts, driving customer retention and expansion through timely renewals and upsell opportunities. The role works closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to mitigate risks, provide accurate forecasts, and serve as a commercial resource on renewal proposal calls.
