Evolve Adolescent Behavioral Health is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Residential Counselors to join their Tarzana team at a 6-bed short-term teen residential treatment program. The role involves providing supervision, support, and mentorship to adolescents aged 12–17 struggling with mental health, substance use, and behavioral challenges. Counselors facilitate groups, activities, and daily routines while helping teens build emotional regulation and coping skills through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
