Restaurant Kitchen Steward

The Kitchen Steward maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards for kitchen equipment and dishware using machine and manual cleaning methods. This role ensures the dishwashing area remains a clean, safe, and sanitary facility while supporting the Executive Chef. The position involves sorting, washing, and storing dishes, pots, and pans, as well as performing general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
