The Retail People Advisor is the primary employee relations specialist for the retail function, partnering with retail leaders to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes. The role manages high-volume, complex ER casework, contributes to policy and process design, and supports the alignment of retail people plans to drive performance and protect company culture. It also supports workforce planning, learning delivery, and people operations administration across a multi-site retail estate.
