About this role

The Manager of Onboarding owns the strategy, development, and execution of onboarding and readiness programs across the revenue organization to accelerate new-hire productivity and support career progression. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Enablement, the role blends strategic program design with hands-on delivery and partners closely with sales, SDR, RevOps, Product, and PMM. This position will build structured onboarding journeys, certification frameworks, and promotion-readiness programs while using data and tools to measure impact and refine curricula.
