The Revenue Enablement Manager at PermitFlow is responsible for designing and optimizing programs that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the go-to-market (GTM) teams, including BDRs, AEs, AMs, and CS. This role encompasses new hire onboarding, development of sales enablement initiatives, and alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps, ensuring that all teams are well-equipped to drive performance and maintain customer alignment. The manager will also maintain enablement content repositories and analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and continuously improve the training programs. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a high-growth B2B SaaS context, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
