About this role
Airbnb Payments Luxembourg is hiring a Risk Operations Analyst on a fixed-term contract to support implementation of a new enterprise risk management framework and migrate key risk components to SaaS tools. The role sits within a regulated payments entity and contributes to digital transformation of risk operations, reporting, and controls. The position is remote-first but requires in-office presence multiple times per week and reports to an Authorised Manager and Board Member.
