Robot Learning Researcher

This role focuses on developing and deploying manipulation policies for production robots, owning the end-to-end behavior acquisition pipeline from demonstrations to reliable on-device policies. The position involves driving architecture decisions in imitation learning and pretrained representations while ensuring policies perform reliably in complex, contact-rich environments. Success requires close collaboration with evaluation and data collection teams to iteratively improve policy performance and establish scalable platform capabilities.
