The Sales Development Representative will join a newly formed team in a fast-growing auto tech vertical and work with prospects through a consultative sales process. The role is based onsite in Waltham, MA and includes a base salary plus commission structure.

The product set also includes AutoOps (after‑hours booking), customer segmentation, direct mail, websites, telematics integrations and Steer AI to automate outreach and surface insights. Steer targets single shops and multi-location groups looking to streamline communications, increase bookings and improve customer retention.
