About this role
The Sales Executive at ElectronX is responsible for originating and developing relationships with U.S. power market participants, specifically hedgers, to onboard them as active trading counterparts on the ElectronX exchange. This hands-on role involves managing the entire commercial cycle—from prospecting and negotiation to activation—while closely collaborating with Product, Operations, and leadership to align customer needs with market strategies. Success is measured through activated counterparties, traded volume growth, and the effectiveness of the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in U.S. power markets, a strong record of driving deals, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
