About this role

The DREAM Teaching Fellowship is a full-time, year-long program that prepares participants to become teachers within DREAM Charter Schools. Fellows work in classrooms under mentor teachers while participating in structured professional development and assessments. The program offers pathways for those currently completing a bachelor’s degree or those who already hold one, with options to pursue teaching certification and a Master of Arts in Teaching. Upon completion, Fellows commit to teaching at DREAM for at least three years, supporting students in East Harlem and the South Bronx.
