Senior Analog Layout Engineer

Lumai is seeking a Senior Analog Layout Engineer to own the physical implementation of custom analog and mixed-signal blocks on advanced CMOS process nodes. The role involves translating schematic intent into silicon-accurate layout, ensuring performance through matching techniques and parasitic mitigation, and driving designs through DRC, LVS, and tapeout sign-off. This position requires close collaboration with circuit designers and the ASIC physical design team to deliver high-performance optical compute infrastructure.
