About this role
A strategic retention marketer on DoorDash’s US Marketplace retention team focused on launching and iterating CRM programs that drive growth and retention. The role centers on lifecycle campaign strategy, measurement of impact on order rate and revenue, and cross-functional collaboration with product, analytics, creative, and marketing partners. You will report to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle within the Consumer Lifecycle / Growth Marketing organization.
