Senior Backend Engineer (Greek Speaking)

The Senior Backend Engineer on the AI Team at Sword Health will build and scale the backend infrastructure powering AI- and ML-driven clinical features, decision support systems, and generative AI products. The role focuses on transforming internal AI technology into robust, secure, and market-ready services that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Working closely with AI, Data, Product, and Engineering teams, this position supports the delivery of personalized, data-driven healthcare experiences at scale. The role is based in Greece and requires native-level Greek communication skills.
