The Senior Benefit Design Associate on Maven’s Client Operations team supports the design, documentation, and improvement of Maven Wallet benefit programs to ensure employers receive tailored consultative design support and members receive accurate, equitable financial benefits. The role reports to the Senior Benefit Design Manager and contributes to Maven’s mission of closing gaps in access to care across all paths to parenthood. This position operates within a cross-functional environment and influences employer implementations and renewals.
