About this role

As a Senior Business Advisor within BDC Advisory Services, you will act as a trusted advisor to Canadian entrepreneurs and leadership teams to improve operational performance and accelerate growth. This role combines deep operational expertise with knowledge of modern technologies like ERP, automation, and AI to deliver customized consulting mandates and manage end-to-end project delivery. You will serve as a subject matter expert, support solution development, and contribute to business development activities for small and medium-sized businesses.

Responsibilities

Deliver operational excellence and business transformation mandates for SMEs
Design and implement technology-enabled solutions for manufacturing and logistics
Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, budget, and timelines
Act as a subject matter expert in operations and operational technologies
Contribute to business development activities and client proposal development
