The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will support the Marketing organization by building scalable data models, pipelines, and BI products that enable data-driven decision-making. The role sits on the Data Team and focuses on translating marketing goals into actionable data requirements and insights. This position will also drive best practices in data modeling, governance, and reporting while partnering closely with non-technical stakeholders. The engineer will help shape analytics capabilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven mental health startup.
