Senior Crisis Management Manager

The Senior Manager, Group Crisis Management & Operational Resilience will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategies to strengthen the Group’s crisis management and operational resilience across Malaysia and regional markets. The role focuses on safeguarding the bank’s ability to withstand and recover from major disruptions — including cyber incidents, third-party failures, and geopolitical risks — while collaborating with business and technology leaders, regulators, and risk teams. This position reports into Group risk governance and supports executive-level decision-making on resilience and readiness.
