Senior Customer Success Manager

The Senior Customer Success Manager will serve as the first dedicated hire for the customer success function, managing post-sale relationships with business accounts from trial conversion through renewal. This hands-on, customer-facing role involves leading discovery calls, aligning use cases, and converting proof-of-concept trials into paid contracts. The position requires relaying customer feedback to product and leadership teams while building the customer success function and its processes from the ground up.
