About this role

As a Platform Engineer at Intrum, you will develop and maintain shared technical capabilities and core services within the company's digital platform across 20 European countries. You will be focused on modernizing infrastructure, strengthening DevOps practices, and ensuring the stability and security of business-critical systems while collaborating across all technology functions. This role requires hands-on engineering experience combined with architectural thinking to drive platform resilience and enable other teams to deliver effectively.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain shared platform services for multiple teams
Build and improve microservice-based solutions and integration patterns
Support operation of real-time communication and event streaming solutions
Contribute to modernization of the technical platform and infrastructure
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation practices
