Senior Director, Development Operations & Biometrics, Strategy & Operational Excellence

Kardigan is seeking a Senior Director to serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Development Operations & Biometrics, aligning priorities, governance, and cross-functional execution to enable high-quality clinical development. This dual-mandate role drives the department's strategic agenda, including organizational design and performance management, while advancing Risk-Based Quality Management and operational excellence across the clinical development organization. The position requires translating strategy into practical operating models and standards to strengthen organizational effectiveness and improve quality, compliance, efficiency, and speed.
