Senior Director, Escalated Provider Issue Resolution

The Senior Director, Escalated Provider Issue Resolution leads a multi-disciplinary team to build and scale an operating model for resolving high-complexity provider escalations and driving root-cause remediation. This role partners across various operational teams to improve how provider issues are identified, routed, and prevented, while overseeing strategic provider accounts and service governance. The position reports to the SVP of Network and Provider Management and is based in the New York City office on a hybrid schedule.
