Senior Director, Fraud & Disputes Operations

The Senior Director, Fraud and Disputes COE Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the Fraud & Disputes Center of Excellence, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape the team and operational infrastructure as the company scales. This role reports to the VP of Fraud and Disputes COE and focuses on ensuring efficiency, compliance, and process excellence across fraud prevention, investigations, and dispute operations. The leader will also represent the organization with bank partners and manage outsourced vendor relationships.
