The Senior Director, Retail.com at SharkNinja will lead the Retail eCommerce Center of Excellence to transform how the company presents and sells products across major retail partners in North America. This role partners with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Performance teams to drive category growth, improve product discoverability, and accelerate POS through content excellence, conversion optimization, and retail media.
