Own Teleo's board-level electrical hardware from schematic to production, establishing rigorous processes to design, validate, and manufacture reliable boards for autonomous construction robots. The role involves taking ownership of existing PCB designs, managing contract manufacturers, and leading validation and compliance testing for complex hardware systems at the intersection of robotics and AI.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of PCB design from schematic to production release
Clean up and standardize existing board designs and documentation
Design power stages, sensor interfaces, and high-precision analog circuits
Manage DFM reviews and relationships with contract manufacturers
Lead validation practices including bench testing, ESD, and load testing
