The Senior Field Enablement Manager will lead delivery of sales and customer success leadership development programs, translating curriculum into high-quality learning experiences and setting the standard for leadership enablement across the field. This senior, highly visible role partners closely with Sales Leadership Curriculum and regional Field Enablement leaders to ensure consistent, effective enablement globally. The role focuses on developing leaders’ coaching, change leadership, and execution capabilities while influencing and mentoring other enablement managers.
