Senior HR Generalist

The Senior HR Generalist provides day-to-day HR partnership to designated operations client groups in Wauconda and Chicago, serving as a trusted resource for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliance. This role independently manages routine and moderately complex HR matters while partnering with the HR Business Partner on strategic priorities and organizational changes. The position supports the hourly population through workforce planning, talent initiatives, and engagement efforts to drive a positive workplace culture.
