The Senior Institutional Business Development Lead will own the global institutional sales motion for a Tier‑1 cryptocurrency exchange, leading and scaling a team of senior BD professionals while driving acquisition, onboarding, and revenue from hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and other institutional clients. The role reports to senior commercial leadership and works closely with trading, product, and compliance teams to convert pipeline into deployed AUM and trading volume.
