Senior Manager, Controls Framework & RCSA

The Senior Manager, Controls Framework & RCSA will lead the design, governance, operation and continuous improvement of FTSE Russell's first‑line controls framework and risk & control self‑assessment programme across the global business. The role is responsible for establishing a sustainable controls environment, driving uplift and transformation initiatives, and providing senior‑level guidance to business partners to ensure effective risk identification, control design and regulatory compliance.
