The position owns the CRM platform and tech stack, ensuring robust data integration and automation to support personalized, omnichannel engagement. It requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, Engineering, and Marketing teams to translate customer insights into impactful lifecycle initiatives. The role also includes mentoring team members and acting as the voice of the customer in broader business discussions.
