Senior Manager, Field Services

The Senior Manager, Field Service oversees a field service team responsible for installation, project management, service, and repair of metering and sub-metering systems. The role carries full P&L responsibility for the local operation and ensures contractual service metrics are consistently achieved. This position also develops processes and KPIs, manages continuous improvement of service delivery, and acts as the primary liaison between clients and Metergy. It includes substantial people leadership responsibilities, from onboarding to coaching and building a strong internal talent bench.
