This role leads and manages a multi-location payroll department responsible for global payroll processing, reconciliation, compliance, and analysis for salaried, hourly, and variable compensation. The leader will develop and drive a roadmap for payroll systems and processes, collaborate closely with People, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders, and serve as the primary compliance and audit contact. The position supports continuous improvement, automation initiatives, and ensures payroll operations meet regulatory and business needs.
