The Senior Manager, Head of Sales Process & Efficiency for Vanguard’s Financial Advisor Services leads the transformation and optimization of core sales processes that support the advisor-facing sales force. The role partners across product, technology, data, and operations and reports to the Head of Learning & Enablement. It focuses on modernizing sales disciplines, aligning tools and platforms, and improving advisor and seller experience at scale.
