About this role

The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations leads the Infrastructure Operations team responsible for the stability, resiliency, and lifecycle of the company's on-premises infrastructure. This role owns the operational execution of data-center consolidation and exit programs, infrastructure risk management, disaster-recovery testing, and the monitoring/observability practice. The position also involves establishing governance, documentation standards, and an agile operating cadence for the team.

Responsibilities

Lead data-center evacuation and consolidation programs across the on-premises footprint
Manage infrastructure lifecycle and risk management including EOSL hardware remediation
Build and mature the SRE and observability practice for on-prem infrastructure
