Senior Manager, Internal Audit Change Management

The Senior Manager, Audit Change Management is a strategic leadership role within TD’s Business Management organization responsible for shaping and guiding change management strategy across complex initiatives with significant Internal Audit impact. The role provides thought leadership, develops enterprise-aligned change strategies and plans, and partners with senior executives to ensure adoption and benefits realization. The position is based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey and leads a team of change management professionals to drive the change management roadmap at both segment and enterprise levels.
