The Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture at dbt Labs will lead and grow the West Solutions Architecture team, ensuring technical excellence and strong customer relationships. The role partners closely with sales and the Americas revenue organization to drive revenue growth and meet regional quota targets. The manager will also influence GTM strategy, advocate for product and team needs, and own hiring and talent development for the region.
