Senior NPI Packaging Engineer

This role involves assisting with all aspects of semiconductor packaging throughout the product development lifecycle, from early concept feasibility to production transition. The position requires a deep understanding of microelectronics packaging technologies and their interactions with manufacturing processes, verification testing, and quality assurance. Candidates will facilitate packaging interests on cross-functional engineering teams while driving technology developments and mentoring junior engineers.
