Senior / Principal Process Engineer – Die Bond

This role provides technical leadership and hands-on engineering support for high-precision optical and photonics manufacturing, specifically focusing on the die bond and die attach process. The position involves process development, characterization, qualification, technology transfer, and yield improvement to support successful product commercialization and sustained manufacturing excellence. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing readiness and high-volume production ramp.
