About this role
Carta is hiring a Sr Principal Product Designer to help shape the future of its end-to-end ERP platform for private markets, serving customers across venture capital, private equity, and private credit. The role focuses on designing for complex, strategic enterprise users and influencing product direction through system-level design leadership. You’ll join Carta’s Design organization and work closely with senior Product and Engineering partners on high-impact initiatives.
