The Senior Product Designer at GoFan will lead the vision and execution of the fan and customer experience across mobile apps, web, and box office products in the high school digital ticketing space. The role focuses on owning complex, high-impact problem areas from discovery through iteration, expanding GoFan into new markets and customer segments. This position will also help shape the next evolution of GoFan’s product vision and brand position to ensure a cohesive, future-ready platform. The designer will operate within PlayOn’s fast-growing, mission-driven environment, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
