The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst at Outreach is responsible for executing and administering sales compensation plans to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company objectives. The role includes contributing to Xactly system implementation and reporting configuration, supporting accruals and ad hoc reporting, and documenting compensation processes. This position partners with cross-functional teams across Finance, Revenue Operations, HR, and GTM to identify efficiencies and support sales performance.
