A Compensation Analyst on the Compensation team is responsible for designing and administering pay programs, processes and policies that support the organization’s total rewards strategy. The role partners with HR leaders, managers and recruiters to provide compensation subject-matter expertise, analyze market data, and support program design and documentation. It contributes to annual compensation cycles and ad hoc Total Rewards projects to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
